Standard User Posts: 38 Gunnar 2nd Feb 2016 09:31:26 Thanks Chris! I used the Greeks for some games recently - among others my first game of To the Strongest! A very interesting set of rules indeed. You can read more about it on the blog. |
Standard User Posts: 38 Gunnar 7th Feb 2016 03:19:57 We also played some Sword & Spear recently, this time a game based on the battle of Stratus in 429 BC. The famous Spartan general Cnemus is campaigning in Acarnania, but his barbarian allies prove to be rather difficult to control and thus the assault on the town of Stratus ends up a bit more challenging than anticipated. I was of course present to document the whole affair, and you can read all about it (and view many more pictures) on Hook Island! |
Looking very good. I particularly like the casualty discs. A little goes a long way |

Standard User Posts: 38 Gunnar 18th Feb 2016 09:20:57 Thanks guys! I'd say the casualty markers are about 5mm thick. |
