Hammerhead games and Xmas shutdown

10th Dec 2016

I've just been contacted by Paul Kerrison, the fine and upstanding owner of Kallistra and co-organiser of the Hammerhead show.

He's been looking at the games booked in for the show and discovered that there are very few games being staged in any of the smaller scales. As a result he's asked me to see if any of you lot out there who staged those wonderful games at the JOS would care to bring them along to Hammerhead 2016.

If you want to have a go at breaking the stranglehold that the the conventional 28mm monoculture has on our hobby and wish to show some real diversity and creativity, then now is the time to step up to the mark.

I have to say that he's only interested in participation games as this is the whole point of the show. You can contact Paul via the Hammerhead site https://www.hammerheadshow.co.uk

On a completely different note, we'll be officially closing down for the midwinter festival of excess on Friday 16th December, and reopening on 3rd January 2017.    We have been working night and day the last few weeks to get orders out to you and while we have drastically reduced the size of the queue we'll still be busting a gut or two to clear out every order possible before the break.
