If your order is being sent by carrier to a destination outside of the UK, you will get an email containing the tracking number. If you have been notified that your order is on its way and you have not had the order number, please contact us by email.

Is there an easy way to find what tracking number has currently been shipped, so we can have some idea of when to look for packages?

Tracking numbers are only available to parcels sent outside the UK. If you live outside the UK and have had notification that your order has been sent, you should receive confirmation of the tracking number by email a couple of days later. You can always contact us by email to ask for your tracking number if it has not arrived.
