I am considering writing an "Arthur Wellesley in India" supplement for the WTF rules, and am looking for suggestions for some of the armies. Presumably I could use my British Peninsular War army for King's troops? Does anyone have suggestions for Honourable East India Company sepoys and cavalry? Any suggestions about good matches for their enemies?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, the full name is "Warfare's Tremendous Feats". Someone on the old Fanaticus suggested it as a name for another set of rules some other people were developing. The authors of those rules didn't accept the suggestion, but the gentleman who suggested the name said he didn't mind me using it for my rules.

It will certainly get them noticed if you go public with them. Wishing you success in your endeavours.

Thanks. There is a groups.io group :-

Basically, standard games are a little bigger than DBA, with a basic core and several supplements with the nitty-gritty for each period. Some periods work well with the standard game, but some (such a the Napoleonic Wars) benefit from double-sized games. Each army has centralised attrition points, and when they are gone, so is the army.

Baccus doesn't have much I think that could be used as sepoys.
Maybe some of the Great War ndans cold be co-opted as sepoysm and in a pinch some Zouaves from different ranges or the Ottoman levant infantry... but you'd have to get creative with painting and loose with interpretations.

However Irregular miniatures has a whole range specifically catered to this conflict called Wars in India,

as well as some earlier but compatible Indians in the 18th Century range for the 7YW Indan wars
