any way, i noticed that many of thes tiny troops had some bent pikes/flag poles. i do not dare to do anything cause they look so fragile, so i wonder, how do you guys bend them straight without breaking them?

The metal we use has a lot of flexibility, so bending them back to shape is easy enough.   Just use a little care and they will be fine.
