If anyone is having problems ordering can they please let us know what error codes you are coming across (without giving away any personal information - the error code should be enough e.g. 505 or 508).

I've just run an order through and it's worked fine so hopefully the teething troubles are all in the past!

Just a note to say that one of the biggest reasons for orders now working is that in order to complete the order, you must be registered with the site.  It doesn't work on a 'guest' basis.

Registration is well worth the effort.  Not only do you get access to this wonderful forum, but you also get the opportunity to view your orders and there is a status report, so you will know when we have sent them out to you.  GIven the number of email queries I get on this issue, it will be a really useful feature for lots of you out there.

I tried to order some Colonial bits (I am registered) and got this message with a load of code....

"The amount paid and cost of the order don't match, please contact Baccus 6mm Ltd."

I placed an order yesterday using my credit card. After confirming payment the message

"The amount paid and cost of the order don't match, please contact Baccus 6mm Ltd."

I've not received the usual e-mail confirming the order, codes bought etc but the money has been debited from my card

I just took a quick look at it seems like your order went through just fine. I'll check on the reporting tool and see why you got the error message but rest assured your order is with Peter (unless he emails you to say otherwise!).
