I've just finished some Greeks, who will probably end up fighting each other during a Peloponnesian War campaign.

More pics on my blog: https://hookisland.wordpress.com/2015/12/07/project-log-really-small-greeks/

Future additions will of course be made to flesh out the ranks (I've got some cavalry waiting in line, for example). This is my first 6mm project and I must say that I'm having a lot of fun with the totally different approach. Can't wait to get these guys on the table and play some games.

Those are extremely nice! Well done!

Now that the new Greek shield transfers are out you can have even more variety on your next paint job.

Thanks!

Yeah, I've noticed that painting 6mm hoplite shields freehand is a bit of a chore so I'll probably go for some transfers for the next batch.

Those are very nice indeed. Very effective en masse too.

I finished some more hoplites, plus a couple of cavalry units.

So the lads recently saw some action, using the Sword & Spear rules.

More pictures and some thoughts on the rules are avaliable at Hook Island!

I've made some recent additions and am now "finished" with this army; it's perfectably suitable for Greeks vs Greeks battles and also for future mega battles against Persians or other foreign forces.

This is my first 6mm army and I'm absolutely hooked on the scale. Now on to converting all those unbelievers at club... :P

As always, more pictures can be found on Hook Island!
