Wonderful project and the reference info you have is great I never realised the Zoauves had such pale blue uniforms.

I have also been painting FPW for the last 2-3 years but slowly. With the 150th anniversaries coming up that is a good chance to get my forces ready.

Yep ! 2-3 years is correct and give time to do some other projects !

And 150th anniversaries could not be missing... We are sure to miss the 200th one ! ;-)

Re. the zouaves in pale blue uniforms, are you referring to the Turcos, whose dress was exactly the same style as the zouaves, or are you referring to the Voluntaires de l'ouest, whose officers wore a pale blue zouave outfit with kepi and black trim to the uniform, or the men, who actually wore light grey with kepi, and red trim?
