Standard User Posts: 134 ChrisBBB 17th Sep 2020 09:56:40 Great work, Your Imperial Majesty! I always think a snowy winter battlefield looks good, and with those beautiful troops, your Loigny layout should look gorgeous. How much of the battlefield will you do? I was trying to work out where it stops. Is that easternmost village Lumeau, leaving out Poupry? (For comparison, the BBB scenario map for Loigny Poupry is here.) Chris

Thanks for the map Chris, very usefull for the woods and hills! Even if We will not make the landforms... just a lovely tablecloth as We done for Our Wacht am Rhein Project! We use the map of the Polemos rules scenario... from Loigny to Poupry! Yes, We will do a snowy winter battlefield... but we wonder about doing the same for the bases ... for the moment they have no snow! We believe we have done well on Our Ardennes Project Bases ... however it's 15mm! For people interrestering by the Ardennes battles... here the link with all Our Reports on it! Standard User Posts: 134 ChrisBBB 21st Sep 2020 11:19:47 Happy to help! I do hope you will put snow on your bases, and also that you'll do a similarly nice job on the woods. I forget whether it was Loigny or the battle after it, Beaugency, but one of them was described by a participant as looking like a chessboard, with dark patches of woods among the snow. Would be great if you could capture that effect! Chris

We will do a snowy tablecloth ?but for the base We are not sure at the moment ! Here the map of Loigny that We like to do and that could be as your chessboard !
