Cruel Seas Compatible?

Has anyone bought Cruel Seas that also owns some Baccus figures and can do a copmarison of size?
I want to know if Baccus figures can reasonably be used for crew on those ships and if the "crew" warlords sells is compatible with baccus figures.

any help is appreciated.
