like the little ogre (Napoleon), is expected to made other special generals like Kutuzov, Blucher, Wellington, Charles (archiduke) for the major armies ?

You'll find quite a few of these chaps already make their appearance in the various nationalities generals packs already.

The Little Ogre set was a complete one-off.   I will never, ever, every make the money back on the pack, but I felt that it was something that had to be done.
