Mounted Indians are on oval bases in groups of 5 and 10 with a couple with 20. Characters and a few regualr braves are mounted on their own on 10mm circular bases. Dismounted braves are in groups of 5 on 25mm circular bases with some individuals on 10mm circular bases. . |
Thanks for answering Rakkasan! ???? Is this basing convenient to handle? Standard User Posts: 38 Rakkasan 18th Apr 2023 12:15:18 The Indians are certainly convenient. I use similar basing for my colonial wars figures; that is the natives are in bigger groups on larger oval or circular bases and the regulars in smaller groups (usually pairs) on square bases. Special figures, leaders, and some singletons for causualties are mounted on round or square bases (native/regulars). It can get a bit fiddly if there are more than a couple platoons or troops of regulars. Depending on the rules, I use simple movement trays. I have not found that necessary with Pony Wars.
