Hi .  The Modifiers table on page 23 under Formation Morale lists +1 for Brigade has any shaken bases and for any broken bases.  Is this a one time modifier.  I checked Crisis of Allegiance, Marechal d'Empire and General de Division and all 3 of them state +1 per base.  Should OTC be +1 per base too?

For some reason my post included a message from a previous post a long time ago about the status of an order.  I don't know why it is including this (it did this will a couple of other posts.  Can anyone tell me why it is doing this and how to stop it?

It looks like it has accidentally been put into your signature block? If you click into 'My Account' at the top of the page, and check if it is in this bit, and delete it if it is?
