You can use "Ruse de Guerre" for the SYW if you want. You get the added bonus of also being able to play the F&IW, AWI, and War of 1812/Napoleonic's.

They are available now from Baccus. They were not specificly designed for the SYW, but they cover the same period so you can certainly use them until a SYW set is released. They are intentionally a little open ended so that you can generally add in a touch or two to match your expectations. Any questions just fire away.
