A mutiny quelled.

Right.  The grown-up is back in charge, and after the madness that Lindy wrought upon the good ship Baccus over the last few days, a firm and steady hand is back at the wheel.  The crew have been soundly chastised and as at last Friday we had reached order number #30379.

We are now gearing up for the Xmas season, with an extra caster joining the team.  We’ll be shifting metal at an unprecedented rate to clear as much as we can as quickly as we can. 

Some of you may be aware of a little celebration/holiday/festival thing happening toward the end of the month.  Some of you may also have various loved ones who will be ordering presents for you because of the said celebration/holiday/festival thing.   If that is the case, please ask the loved ones to let us know that the order is for a present and we will make a special attempt to get things turned around in time.  Alternatively point them towards the Baccus gift vouchers as that can make things much, much simpler.

There are two things that will be happening around the turn of the year.  Firstly, we’ll be opening applications for trading space and games at the Joy of Six 2025.  Secondly will come the annual Baccus review of the year and accompanying predictions for the coming months.   Some of these may actually be accurate.   No promises on that point…

Finally, we have the last show of the year coming up with the Recon show in Pudsey on the 7th December.  To anyone attending and wanting to shop with us, please bear in mind that we haven’t restocked the shelves and drawers since early November, and we’ve done three shows since then.   If you know what you want, let us know and we will cast it for you to collect.   If not, it really is pot luck.   I know for a fact that anyone looking to buy a few PzIV H’s will be having a bad day.   Just call or email us all.
