EU U-Turn and a Mission

We usually start these things with an order number update, but this week will be different, as I need to make an announcement.

Following our update on EU orders a couple of weeks ago, we have been monitoring events closely. From what we can tell in discussions with EU customers, other traders and our carriers, it would seem that the new regulations are not currently being acted upon. One of the main drivers seems to be the uproar from EU-based small enterprises who found themselves bound by the same regulations, thus effectively ceasing free movement of goods within the EU. How long this will last, and what, if anything will be done for micro-businesses remains anyone’s guess, but, for the time being we will resume sale to EU countries.

The Tech Chap will be working in this over the weekend and expects to have the Baccus cart updated sometime on Monday.

And, with that out of the way, it’s now time for this week’s magic order number which currently stands at #35105.

The next item is for any Pony Wars fans out there. Since we launched our 6mm figure range for the rules we have also stocked resin cast buildings to support the game. We have now decided to switch medium for these items and will soon be stocking a range of laser cut wooden buildings. Don’t think that these will be bland or lacking character. Here is the prototype of the iconic Mission building next to one of the resin versions.

It will take a little while to get fully up to speed with the full range required, but the new items promise to be most excellent little models!
