Yet another order update

We are still chipping away at the order pile, and this week have got as far as 15342.   Once again, progress is slow because of having to deal with some very large orders, which can tie down a whole day's output.   The good news is that there are fewer of those ahead of us now.  

The expectation is still to reopen to new orders by the end of the month.   When we do reopen, there will be a cap of £50 per order.   I know that lots of you have been stacking up your shopping carts in anticipation, but we need to break the pattern of feeding frenzy followed by months of closure.   As we feel that we are better able to cope, that limit will be steadily relaxed.  There is good news with regards to both the rate of vaccination in the UK and its positive effects on reducing transmission, so the road back to full production levels is there - it is just a matter of patience for all us for a little while longer.
