A little peek at things to come...
After last week’s heady excitement of the Baccus crew being marooned at a motorway services and suffering the privations of nothing to eat or drink but the meagre options available, we are back to the more usual weekly fare, starting with this week’s magic number, #31331. The usual rider applies that there may be some numbers prior to this that will actually be sent out next week, and some after this that may be on their way.
The more perceptive among you may have noticed that we haven’t been keeping up with our normal rate or new releases. There are a couple of reasons for this, notably a major disruption in our supply of the blank moulds discs that we use for producing our master, pattern and production moulds. This has been resolved, but we have a lot of catching up to do. Secondly, we will admit that we are saving up some rather nice bits and pieces for release at Salute next month. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be giving you a sneak preview of what to expect.
This week, we’ll be looking at one of the next group of models to be released in our Teeny Tiny Terrain range. This time we are looking Eastward, in the form of a large Gorod settlement complete with a resplendent Orthodox church at its heart.

This really is a gorgeous model, and my ham-fisted painting really does not do it full justice. Expect a couple more TTT updates in the coming weeks.

Speaking of Salute, it really is a show. A very big show. A very, VERY big show. But, of course, it’s not the biggest. That accolade is naturally reserved for the Joy of Six, taking place on July 13th in Sheffield. We’ve just updated the with a list of all the games and traders booked in to date.

You can also book your place on the Baccus workshop tours taking place on July 12th. These are always popular, so you need to book your places. We have just one spot available for the afternoon tour, but still a good number of free slots for the morning session.
