Orders, delays and postal strikes.

Another week, another set of orders, another order number completed.   This week, we have reached order number #22889.  Surprisingly enough, and against all the odds, we are actually currently reducing the gap between receipt of an order and despatch.   However, the usual seasonal demand is catching up and delivery times are being stretched which is sadly beyond our control.   Also beyond our control is the current round of UK postal strikes, which are creating backlogs and delays in orders arriving.  Please bear with us – orders to UK destinations are very likely to be delayed by several days, and as we use first class post we cannot provide details or tracking numbers.  What I can say is that to date, they are all getting through eventually.

Many thanks to all of you responded to my comments last week.  I must apologise for not replying or engaging with what has been a really positive discussion.   It’s been an exceptionally busy week, both in terms of work and personal life and I’ve not had the time to do the topic justice.  Suffice it to say that I agree with a lot of what was said and disagreed with some of it.  I will keep on banging the drum for how easy it to paint our little warriors against the obvious widespread lack of understanding that there is out there in the great big world of wargaming.

Finally, I am working on the 2023 release schedule and I think that this could be one of our most varied years in terms of breadth and diversity of topics.  All will be revealed later this month.
