Magic number, Nomads and Gendarmes.

It’s Friday, which means that it’s Baccus Magic Number Day!   This week we have arrived at the awesome figure of #28270.   It goes without saying, but for reasons best know to me, I will say it anyway – there may be a few orders prior to this that will have missed the cut and will be sent out next week, and some lucky ones out there will have got their little bundles of joy ahead of time.   Think of it as another one of Life’s little lotteries.

The annal Behemoth that is Salute is now just four weeks away, so I thought I might use these posts to give you an idea of what new releases you can expect us to launch there.   This week we are going to the Ancients range in the form of our Bronze Age nomads.  

They may not seem a particularly obvious army, but these chaps managed to harass, annoy, irritate and otherwise bother pretty much every kingdom and empire of the near and middle east.   A very useful trait for those of you who like historical opponents.

The two codes we are previewing are some rather nice camel mounted archers

More next week, but by way of a preview to a preview, we’ve just taken delivery of the first batch of master sculpts for the Italian Wars range.  

These Gendarmes will be the first releases for the period, but you’ll have to wait a little longer for them to arrive.
