Winter is coming...
Yes, I know it’s only just turned into Autumn, but if some shops are already stocking huge amounts of Halloween and Christmas products, then I can get in on the act with a suitably themed little range. However, we first have the usual weekly magic number, which this week stands at #29824.
Sooo…what is this all about? Well, some of our customers got together and ganged up on us to put quite a bit of pressure for us do some Napoleonic figures in winter/bad weather dress. We put our heads together and realised that we had already covered many bases with our existing figures from the Russian and French ranges with various infantry in greatcoats and covered shakos.

This meant that we only had to add some heavy cavalry in coats and covered helmets,

Some light cavalry in coats and covered shako.

And some artillery crew in greatcoats, and yes, you guessed it, covered shako.

And we’d pretty much covered all bases.
So there you have it, the Baccus Winter Collection is now available for viewing and ordering.
Next week will see some more second World War vehicles added to our rapidly growing range for the period, and I hope to have a preview of the next Italian Wars releases.
As usual, I will finish off with the usual call for folks to get their collect at show orders in to us in good time. The Autumn show season is a pretty brutal time for us as we are faced with a series of five shows in just eight week, so getting fully restocked for every show becomes a massive challenge. Getting those orders to us ahead of time means that you get what you want, as opposed to being informed that the items on your list were cleared out by the chap just in front of you. You know it makes sense! Our next show is The Other Partizan on 13th October.
