Another week, and yes, another Baccus update.

22nd Nov 2025

Once again the days have rolled around to Friday, so with the inevitably of yet another week without a lottery Jackpot win, here is the Baccus update and the magic number, which this week is #33440.  That’s over 200 since our last update, so we aren’t hanging around.

Given the punishing timetable of show attendance that the Autumn months we tend to focus simply on getting orders turned around and stock levels maintained rather than making new releases available.  It’s not that development isn’t happening, it’s just that it’s not prioritised. However…

…we do intend to get something new released by the end of 2025.  We have a number of options, but we’ve decided that the priority range will be the Assyrians and to this end, we’ve a couple more previews to show you.   This week, we have some heavy cavalry

and the rather natty Royal Guard.

There was a lot of interest expressed in the Assyrians at the Warfare show last weekend, so we hope that this brings smiles to a few faces out there.

At this point there must be few of you turning bright red, pouting, stamping your little feet and demanding to know where your Italian Swiss or 1943 Italians are.  The Good News is that we are actually well on with getting these done, but time and resources means that we can only get so much down.

We do actually have examples of the Swiss, and we were showing them off at Warfare just to show that they aren’t merely fiction created by the workings of an overworked and deranged mind.  These will be with us at Battleground and Recon, and if all goes to plan, we should have some of the Italians available for viewing.

All of which brings me round to collect orders at these final two shows.   If you know what you will want from us on the day, even a single pack, please let us know by ordering, by emailing or by calling us.  We were very busy at the recent Farnborough show and there are significant holes in our trade stand stock that simply won’t get filled.

Our Lens participation game will also be at these last two shows of the year, so please do turn up and have a go.  It really is a fun game!
