Our Dear Leader speaks!

Hello Everyone, 

Short one from me this week. 

Let’s start with this week’s magic number which has reached #32975. 

We have had a shorter week than I had hoped as I have had to prepare for two shows with my own business. However, we have worked nights to make up for it and I can happily  say that the lead time has not increased.  

We have had quite a few people messaging as they have only just realised that there is a sale going on, and others pleading that they don’t get paid until the end of the month.  So, I am going to extend the current sale until the 3rd of October. Let’s give the ‘BOSS’ (or so he thinks..) something to really moan about.  

I do love writing these little messages each week. Many people go to the pub at the end of the week to de-stress. I just find a way to annoy Peter. 

Now read on for Peter’s bit.  Probably boring, but I do have to give him the chance every now and then… 

Peter’s Bit 

Welcome to the more sensible part of this week’s update.   To be honest nothing much to say, except that work on the new Assyrian range is continuing apace. 

The piccy shows a unit of spearmen all lined up ready for me to paint.   Behind them are some 10mm infantry I am also painting for the Tenth Legion 10mm range.   How anyone can call 10mm, ‘small’ , is beyond me.  They are HUGE!   It’s interesting to find out which of my 6mm painting techniques work on the larger castings, and which ones don’t.
