These combined give the necessary command structure for a troop. Sergeants, if necessary can be shown by raising a trooper from the ranks and giving him the required stripes.

14 - it has always been 14 ... and six complete troops it has always been six troops! 20 x 6 = 120 (a near run thing this time!)...
