TOPIC: Great Buildings from Paperterrain |
Standard User Posts: 73 gsayhi 14th Feb 2021 05:34:35 Here is a blog post with pictures of buildings I got from Paperterrain. I really like them. https://thetinsoldierguy.blogspot.com/2021/02/great-buildings-from-paperterrain.html Note, I got these for 28 mm. However, you can order the products in almost any scale including 6 mm. |
I have used these with 6mm and 3mm and they are an extremely good way of getting a lot of buildings prepared quickly, especially as they are pre-coloured. For ACW buffs in 6mm The Altar of Freedom website has two sets of free downloadable pre-coloured ACW buildings: one for the war in general and one specifically for Gettysburg. They are slightly underscale (about 4mm) to reduce footprint, but if you look at the website you will see that they are very effective. Ther are also lots of hints and tips for making quality looking terrain. Their site is: http://www.6mmacw.com I do not know how to link this directly to the website. Perhaps gsayhi could explain how he did it? A little goes a long way |

I use them for Napoleonics at 6 mm (printed undersize as A5 scaled from A4)

What a fantastic site. These will make excellent additions to both my SYW and 1866 games. Many thanks.
