Modern Range?

Hello,

Fuelled by the current horrible international situation, I resurrected my interest in modern equipment. I purchased some of the other's guy miniatures, but they are crazy expensive as you know.

Do you plan to create "crash project" to capitalize in this rise of interest, which I suppose is not just limited to me, since I believe many of miniature's people have wide interests and a tendency to impulsive purchases?

Thanks,

Luca

I have no plans at all past 1945 at the moment.    Just covering 39-45 in the depth that we are planning is a massive undertaking and we can't afford to divert resources.    The tragedy that is unfolding in Ukraine right now goes far beyond the simple past time of playing with little toy soldiers and I have no stomach for providing models for that purpose.   Given the scale of tragedy that was WW2, this may seem a little like double standards, but modern communications make the fall out from the Russian invasion far too close to home.

I have plans.   I am dangerous when I have plans...

Agree absolutely with Peter's reasoning. WWII was several generations ago and few now personally remember the horrors that were inflicted on the world. What is unfolding in Ukraine is happening now, to our generation, in our lifetime, A generation that can now see the horrors of war in realtime as we saw when a Russian helicopter was downed by a missile knowing full well that what we saw resulted in the deaths of the crew. Of civilian bodies lying in the streets after being shelled by the Russians along with the sight of millions of people being displaced. It would be morally wrong to capitalise, by anyone, on a war that is happening now and just escalating in intensity and brutality towards the peoples of an entire country. As Forest Gump once said, and that's all I have to say on the matter.

Nigel

Through the travail of the ages Midst the pomp and toil of war Have I fought and strove and perished Countless times upon this star.
So as through a glass and darkly The age long strife I see Where I fought in many guises, Many names but always me.
So forever in the future Shall I battle as of yore, Dying to be born a fighter But to die again once more.
