I have been intrigued by the matched armies idea, and would seriously consider Imperial Romans and Britons. However, I am based in Delfzijl. I was a northerner in the UK, and it appears I still am. A little goes a long way |
At the moment I'm playtesting five different Ancients ruleset (AoH, DBA, AdlG, M&G and HC!) to find out what's the best (for me). All 15mm, no 6mm Ancients, but if somebody else has the 6mm armies, I can provide the mats and the rules and the scenery. Napoleonics: I'm a 6mm Blücher fan, I have 1812-1815 French, Dutch, Brunswick, Prussian and Russian armies, and busy with Austrians. Other club members have 15mm, 20mm and 28mm, but are also Blücher fans.
cya! "The tin soldier melted down into a lump, and the next morning, when the maid servant took the ashes out of the stove, she found him in the shape of a little tin heart." - Hans Christiaan Andersen - The Brave Tin Soldier |
