Here we go. Baccus vehicles and Adler infantry on 60 x 60 bases. Please note Peter has given me access to patterns and development models so not eveything you see here will necessarily make it into production. This project has really got my creative juices flowing.

Lovely work. What colour/s did you use for the Churchills?

The original Churchills at the top were done in Humbrol enamels. But the quality control of Humbrol is absolutely awful now so the latest Churchills were an experiment. Basecoat was from AK Interactive's Real Colour range ; RC037 SCC15 Olive Drab. Then an oil wash with burnt umber, then a dry brush of RC037 lightened with white.

The German stuff uses a base coat of RC061 Dunkelgelb 44.

I really like these paints. You have to use cellulose thinners with them, but they dry fast and are bulletproof. They will take acrylic, enamel or oils over the top with no problem.
