After figuring out how to post images (thanks again, IRONASS) I was encouraged to show off the stuff I'm working on. So here you go: the first unit for "Tiny Lion Rampant" (that's Lion Rampant in 6mm).

These are 12 polearm armed men-at-arms on a 40x20mm base. They were painted with Vallejo Game Color paints, and the basing is (thoroughly dried) old coffee grounds and acrylic paint. I don't have any, but I want to add a few tufts of static grass to finish them off.

Please note these are NOT Baccus miniatures – they're 3d prints sculpted by Productions Diratia which I ordered from Only-Games.co.uk. However the indredibly poor packing job Only-Games did (they just dumped over 300 6mm miniatures into a plastic clam shell, resuresulting in many of them arriving broken) is what sparked me to look around for other 6mm manufacturers, which is how I found Baccus.

Only-Games is sending me a replacement order, but after this less than pleasant experience, I definately see the appeal of METAL 6mm miniatures. I feel compelled to use the 600+ 3d printed minitures I have (I paid for them, so I might as well use them, right?) but I'm putting together a Baccus order. I'm thinking Ancients...
