Thanks LEmpereur. Your support is much appreciated. It's tough for newbies getting noticed in the rule market. Dourpuritan is right about the Pacific War, - it really does have everything.

To prepare this new project, we bought the rules of Trebian IGaBC and TUiH, as well as some books on the period, especially on beautiful uniforms.

We write about it on Our Blog HERE !

Sorry,  - this is a matter of opinion, and in my opinion the ACW is deeply, deeply boring as a wargaming subject. Mindless blazing away from behind field fortifications and brainless frontal charges. No decent cavalry action. Apart from zouaves it doesn't even have nice uniforms.

Sorry too. It is in fact a matter of opinion. If I can argue fortifications or field works are a matter of 1864 onwards... you seem to ignore Brandy Station, and East Cavalry Field (Gettysburg third day) to say nothing of Yellow Tavern or Trevilian Station as far as Cavalry are concerned... As it happens I will never apply  "boring" to periods I have no particular love with and there are a lot of them I have not any kind of interest...    BTW  I am all in favour of using "proxies" for the ACW and other periods (my FFL is FPW Republican French) so using Baccus or other minis as "proxies" I have done since the very beginning... just to tell you this is not the point. Cheers
