Elephantry! 

Touching up my comically poor bases, I became fixated on one of my Celtic generals and couldn't help but notice she lacked the accoutrements appropriate to her station. I could not very well have her leading the army's elite warrior caste onto the field without these necessaries, and so promptly equipped my general with spear, shield, and mail. Indeed, a proper shield maiden now.

I wouldn't describe any of your bases as poor - far above any standard I could achieve, even with bigger figures!
