We are currently restricting the size of orders to £50...

...and to one order at a time from any one customer/household.   Most of you will already know this, but my email inbox is telling me repeatedly that the message has not got through to everyone.  

We are doing this in response to the Covid restrictions that have reduced our ability to cast drastically.   Previously we had no limit, which meant that we were completely inundated and spent most of 2020 closed rto new orders while we worked through the backlog.    The restrictions on order size and quantity means that waiting times are now measured in week, not months and we have been able to keep the shopping cart open.

I think that it is worth restating the 'ground rules':

• The £50 limit is exclusive of VAT and p&p
• If you want 'stock' items (ie bases, flags, rules, scenics, paints, basing materials etc) these can be added on to your metal order either as a separate order entirely of contacting us by email to make arrangements.
• If you do send multiple orders, the first will take its place in the casting queue, the rest will be put to the back of the queue as it stands at the time.

As our staff get vaccinated and it is safe for them to work, then our capacity will grow and we can raise the bar on the value of orders, with an eye to getting rid of it entirely by Summer.  Please bear with us a little while longer.
