Pony Wars Subscription is now live!

The Pony Wars project is finally underway!  We have nearly completed the final draft of the rules and with all the quotes finalised, we are in a position, at last, to start the subscription process.    As this is not a Baccus project ordering the rules is being done through a separate site, www.ponywars.uk   If you visit that page you will find all the basic information and the facility to make your pre-order.

We have started a new Facebook group to update people on progress and to discuss all aspects of the rules and the game.   You can find it here.

It's Déjà Vu all over again...

We're back from a few days holiday and getting back into the swing of things.   The Good News is that during the down time, the process of making physical changes to Baccus HQ has continued with the aim of getting our production levels increased.   It's not going to make an obvious impact immediately, but it is the first step towards the mystical realm of 'Normality'.

CART CLOSED

The boss says that the cart is closing at 12 noon 14/08/20.

If anyone has had any issues and contacted us by email, don't worry it will be sorted. It will take me a couple of days to process all the orders but I will contact anyone with queries as I get to the email.

The cart is opening...

It is nearly time....

We will be opening the cart on Wednesday 12/8/20 at 6pm UK time.

We will definitely leave it open for a full 24 hours, maybe longer if possible.

We will be taking the opportunity to clear some of the pile of unreleased new models that we have been accumalating since the beginning of this pesky Covid thingimibob!

So, without more messing around we will be adding our first batch of Feudal European codes and the Great War Serbian range.  Get them while you can!

I would also like to add at this point that the workshop will be on shut down for the week beginning 24/8/20.

We need to make provisions for safety measures and electrical work to enable us to have 2 casters in from September.

Cart opening

We are looking to open the cart next week (week beginning the 10th) but are not sure which day as yet.

Please keep your eye out on here and other social media.

I would guess Wednesday or Thursday.

Please be aware that this may only be for a 24hr period again, if orders come in thick and fast.

News on the shopping cart

Evening all.

Peter has been casting since 9am and has just stopped to help me frank for the morning post.

We still haven't processed all orders, but we are nearer the end of the pile.

We are looking to open the cart sometime during the week beginning 10th of August.

We will pop a post on next friday with a definite date.

Let's lighten the mood a bit.

As a break from the endless messages about progress with backlogs and cancelled shows, let's have something a little more upbeat.  As you will probably be aware, one of the major effects of the Covid outbreak has been to stem the flow of new releases from Baccus.  The cynics amongst you may be muttering, 'No change there, then...', but we actually did have a full slate of new bits and pieces ready to go, but circumstances have worked against us.   Apologies in advance for the quality of the photos.   I've still not had the time to get the photography area and kit installed, so I'm working with a less than satisfactory camera phone.   Normal service on this front will be restored at some stage...

Orders update

We have now cast, packed and sent out all order up to and including 14466.  We've not done as well as in past weeks, mainly due to this batch including some very big orders, all of which have taken a while to process.  

Needless to say, we'll be back in on Monday chipping away at the pile with a view to getting a lot more packages on their way.

We are getting a lot of people asking us when the cart will be reopening.  I can't give an exact date but we are looking now at early August.   We will be giving advance notice when we are nearer the date, so please keep an eye on this News page and on our Facebook page and Twitter account.

100 orders

When I said we would be working through the evening as well... I wasn't joking.

We have cast, packed and just posted 100 orders and have just completed order 14434.

We will be doing the same hours next week to try and get as many done as possible.

Completed Orders to date

On the 22nd of June Peter started the first order 14334.

As of close of business today, we are posting all orders up to 14404.

We are going to go home and have the weekend off, or running my business, and will be in bright and early on Monday morning.
